Now that i've finally knocked off all that fucking running and built some real muscle on my frame i can do stuff like eat hamburger and fries almost every day in August and not gain weight. I'd just look like a deflated version of my 300 lb self. And i never looked like i look now when i was "in-shape" at 230 lbs. I've nearly been 300 lbs at least 4 our 5 times in my life only to get back down through running and starving. If i failed to run almost every day or didn't watch what i ate i'd balloon up quick. I used to be a long distance runner and i would have to always combine all that running with eating like a bird to try to stay under 230 lbs. I know what you mean about feeling this lifestyle of lifting and controlling your weight/appearance is sustainable. Yup all i do is SL 3 times a week, try to eat right and sleep right.
